Thai AirAsia Company Limited ("TAA”) would like to serve everyone, including passengers with disability well. Then, the Thai AirAsia executive team led by Ms.Witchunee Kuntapeng, the Head of Guest Service, and Mr.Krid Pattanasan, Head of Government Relations collaborated with the Asia Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) having a class on “Understanding passengers with disabilities” at the Air Asia Academy, Bangkok, Thailand, conducted by Ms. Nongnuch Maytarjittipun, Executive Secretary to the Executive Director & Information & Knowledge Management Manager of the Asia Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) at the Air Asia Academy, Bangkok, Thailand. It was expected for a better Staff Training - Transport staff (frontline and managerial) should have a greater understanding of the needs of people with disabilities and their legal rights and therefore provide better assistance.
