On 8 September 2025, H.E. Mr. Mariano Assanami Sabino Lopes led a 10-member delegation including H.E. Mr. Francisco Tilman Cepeda, Ambassador of Timor-Leste to Thailand, Mr. Leo da Costa Oliveira, Chief of Staff, and delegation members to visit APCD Bangkok.
Thai side welcomed by Ambassador Athipat Rojanapaibul to Dili, Deputy Director-General Arunee Haim, Director Chidchanok Malayawong from Department of International Cooperation, and team.

Exchanged experiences on disability-inclusive development and discussed future potential collaborations with Dr. Tej Bunnag, President of APCD Foundation, & Mr. Piroon Laismit, Executive Director of APCD
