On 15 January 2026, Mr. Piroon Laismit, Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD), led a APCD team in a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) to extend New Year greetings and discuss future collaboration opportunities.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Kantapong Rungreesawang, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.

This meaningful visit strengthens the partnership between APCD and MSDHS in promoting disability inclusion and social development across the Asia-Pacific region.
