APCD supported potential partner, Dulabhatorn Foundation (DBF) to formulate the strategic plan on developing children with developmental disorder at Chiang Mai Province.

The staff members as well as committee members and program partners of DBF participated in formulating of strategic plan for the year 2026-2028.

Key and highlight Final draft strategic plan is focusing on empowering family, community to promote the quality of life of persons with developmental disorder and their families.
APCD supported potential partner, Dulabhatorn Foundation (DBF) to formulate the strategic plan on developing children with developmental disorder from 31 October to 1 November 2025, at Chiang Mai Province.
The staff members of DBF participated in formulating of strategic plan for the year 2026-2028. The process was started from reviewing the previous strategic plan (year 2023-2025), SWOT analysis of organization, setting up the ultimate goal, vision and missions of the organization. Final stage was about identification of program strategies.
The DBF also invited its committee members as well as project partners to make the inputs in order to develop the powerful strategic plan. Final draft strategic plan was coming out with the 3 key strategies which include 1) promoting the development of persons with developmental disorder and their families; 2) raising awareness and full participation of community and society; 3) developing organization by enhancing management mechanism, human resources as well as resource mobilization.
