เจ้าหน้าที่ กรรมการบริหาร และผู้แทนหน่วยงานพันธมิตรเข้าร่วมทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ขององค์กรสำหรับปี 2569-2571

หัวใจหลักของร่างแผนยุทธศาสตร์นี้ คือ การเสริมพลังครอบครัวและชุมชนในการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตบุคคลพิการทางพัฒนาการและครอบครัวของพวกเขา

APCD supported potential partner, Dulabhatorn Foundation (DBF) to formulate the strategic plan on developing children with developmental disorder from 31 October to 1 November 2025, at Chiang Mai Province.

The staff members of DBF participated in formulating of strategic plan for the year 2026-2028. The process was started from reviewing the previous strategic plan (year 2023-2025), SWOT analysis of organization, setting up the ultimate goal, vision and missions of the organization. Final stage was about identification of program strategies.

The DBF also invited its committee members as well as project partners to make the inputs in order to develop the powerful strategic plan. Final draft strategic plan was coming out with the 3 key strategies which include 1) promoting the development of persons with developmental disorder and their families; 2) raising awareness and full participation of community and society; 3) developing organization by enhancing management mechanism, human resources as well as resource mobilization.

Master’s degree students from the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Mahidol University, visited the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) as part of the course PTPT 677: Research, Laboratory, and Clinical Practice in Physical Therapy.

The study visit, organized in collaboration between APCD and the Faculty of Physical Therapy, aimed to enhance students’ understanding and practical skills through direct engagement in health promotion activities at the Center for Health and Fitness. The learning experience focused on evaluating and developing physical fitness among older adults and persons with disabilities.

During the visit, students attended a presentation on APCD’s regional activities in disability development, shared by Mr. Watcharapol Cheungcharoen, followed by a tour of APCD’s 60+ Plus Kitchen by CP and 60+ Plus Bakery & Chocolate Café. The group was supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pakaratee Chaiyawat, provided academic guidance throughout the session on the concept of Community based Inclusive Development (CBID). The Faculty of Physical Therapy expresses appreciation to the Center for Health and Fitness for supporting the university’s educational mission.

Through the activities and discussions, students had the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world contexts, promoting health and well-being through exercise, rehabilitation programs, and social inclusion—embracing the theme “Inclusion as Innovation: Leaving No One Behind in Sustainability and Communication.”
