At the end of the year, it’s good for all of us to jointly celebrate the coming new year, as well as review lessons learned in our life. A philosopher once said that an unexamined life is not worth-living. Announcement from APCD Foundation
We would like to inform our partners of a change in the management of the Asia Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD). APCD was established in 2002 under joint collaboration of the Royal Thai Government and the Government of Japan as a legacy of the Asia Pacific Decade of Disabled Persons (1993-2002).On 1st October 2009, the management of APCD was transferred from the Royal Thai Government to the Foundation of Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability(APCD Foundation).CBR Asia-Pacific Network Meeting 14-16 December 2009
